Normally when I order everything is delicous and hot however tonight my food took 2 hours to come and when it arrived the garlic bread pizza was stone cold base was solid, chips were like they had been sat for hours and the wrap was cold also, I hate to say it but I’m not happy as Ive never had to experience this from this takeaway

The kebab is very good, but if I receive a message that the order will be ready in an hour and I pick it up from the restaurant, it has to be warm... today the order was cold, even though I picked it up, I am not satisfied.
